I’m a real estate agent here in Sandpoint, Idaho, a neurodivergent (ADHD) entrepreneur, and someone who has been through the dark side of burnout—depression, an “exit date” I’m grateful I moved past, and years of giving up on myself before I chose a different path.
I rebuilt my life and my work around a few core beliefs: your nervous system matters. Your energy and sovereignty matter. And your business should support how you actually work, not demand that you constantly override your own capacity to keep up.
I’ve spent 30+ years in digital marketing, branding, systems, and web—but my real expertise is in understanding friction points, mapping workflows, and designing operations that feel calm instead of chaotic.
