Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the FlowStateOps website located at flowstate-ops.com (the “Site”) or any services offered by FlowStateOps (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Who We Are
FlowStateOps is an AI automation consulting service operated by Jeff Halligan, based in Kootenai, Idaho. We help service-based business owners identify, design, and implement systems and automation to reduce owner dependency and reclaim time.
2. Services Offered
FlowStateOps offers the following services, which may evolve over time:
- FlowState Score Assessment — A free self-assessment tool to help business owners evaluate their operational systems
- Automation Audit — A paid 60-minute consultation to identify automation opportunities
- The Ops Pack — Digital product(s) containing frameworks, templates, and guides for business automation
- Ongoing consulting and implementation services
3. Digital Products — No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to The Ops Pack and any downloadable resources.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and agree to these terms. If you have questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at jeff@flowstate-ops.com.
For consulting services (Automation Audit, ongoing engagements), cancellation and refund terms will be specified in your individual service agreement.
4. Results Disclaimer
All testimonials, case studies, and examples of results on this Site represent exceptional outcomes and are not typical. Your results will vary based on your individual business, industry, effort, and application of the strategies provided.
Results are not guaranteed. FlowStateOps does not promise any specific revenue, time savings, or operational improvements. The FlowState Score is an educational tool, not a guarantee of any particular outcome.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:
