FlowStateOps (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Jeff Halligan (Kootenai, Idaho), is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit flowstate-ops.com or interact with our services.

- Name and email address — collected when you complete the FlowState Score assessment or any opt-in form on the Site
- Assessment responses — your answers to the FlowState Score quiz questions, used to calculate and deliver your personalized results
- Payment information — if you purchase a product or service, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Communications — any information you share when contacting us by email
Information collected automatically:
- Standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of visits)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.
3. Email Marketing
If you provide your email address through our Site, you will receive your requested content (such as your assessment results) and may receive follow-up emails related to our services. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.

4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy:

- WordPress / Web Hosting — Site infrastructure. Standard server logs may be retained per hosting provider policy.
We do not share your information with any other third parties except as required by law.
5. Cookies
Our Site may use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to remember preferences and understand how visitors use the Site. This may include:
- Functional cookies — required for basic Site operation
- Analytics cookies — to understand traffic patterns (if analytics is installed)
